My career began designing digital experiences for blue-chip brands within agencies. I developed a deep understanding of the business of design—how storytelling drives adoption, conversion and retention. Across mediums and product classes, my strength lies in uniting design, strategy, and operations to scale products, teams, and ventures.

I thrive in complex environments, adapting quickly and navigating cultural nuances to lead meaningful global work.

By nature and training, I’m platform-agnostic—equally fluent across technologies, tools, philosophies, spices and hardware. Shaped by my agency background, my approach is pragmatic: selecting the solutions that best serve the objective. I’ve built and scaled design and brand systems that empower SAAS teams, brand marketers, and cross-functional teams to deliver unified, high-performing experiences.

Highlights

Over a three-year period, our small marketing and sales team generated $100 million in real estate sales during the construction phase. We focused our budget on niche media buys and sales event in select high-net-worth North American cities, along with targeted email and social content marketing.

Upon launching nationally in Canada, we gained strong traction at the retail level and attracted interest from key B2B partners. Our brand presence led to securing an exclusive $18 million multi-year partnership with one of Canada’s largest national producers in the regulated cannabis market.

Across retail, wholesale, and co-marketing channels, we scaled annual production to six million units (annually) within two years of operation. I recruited and led of team of 7, bringing together designers, brand directors, content strategists, and retail brand ambassadors.

Through clear leadership, scalable systems, and cross-functional collaboration, we built a high-performing team capable of delivering consistent growth and creative excellence.

Over a nine-year period, my co-founder and I boot-strapped a lifestyle brand from the ground up—conceiving, designing, and producing over 30 distinctive product lines spanning home furnishings, fashion, and experiential installations. Through a strong design ethos and storytelling-driven brand presence, we secured wholesale and distribution partnerships in Australia, Japan, Canada, the United States, and Qatar.

What began as a side project between two friends evolved into a profitable business. Our strategy was to test whether a high-end brand with a finely tuned supply chain could capture market share in a highly competitive space using daily optimization. By continuously optimizing listings and ads with real-time Amazon data, we achieved 15–20% month-over-month revenue growth and generated over $450K in lifetime sales over a four period.
