Grade A Maple Syrup 250 ml by Nos Cabanes

The sugar water that flows just about everywhere in Quebec's agricultural lands is one of our most important natural resources. Discovering the diversity of our maple groves, we realized that there is not just one but thousands of maple syrups in Quebec.

Each has its own story, its own territory, and its own unique character. Bottled in a beautiful unique bottle, Nos Cabanes brings out the richness of local syrups while celebrating their sources and differences.

Bury: The history of this sugar shack is closely linked to that of the Canton of Bury, with its vast and generous forests. For three generations, these artisans have been proud of their certified organic maple syrup with a light taste of candy.

Compton: Made in the countryside surrounding the village on Compton, in the Eastern Townships, a family endeavour spanning happily over four generations.

Dudswell: Located on the south-east side on the mountain, this grove of sugar maples gives this syrup its deep amber quality.

Fulford: It is on the mountainside near Bromont that stands this four-generation old maple grove. Made in the purest maple tradition, this syrup plunges us back into the atmosphere of our first visits to the grove.

Mirabel: This syrup has won the great gold prize as an exceptional syrup given by the Commandery of Maple in 2018.

St. Ferdinand: Nestled between hills and gentle slopes in a corner of the Appalachian Mountains, this sugar shack produces a dark maple syrup with a nice touch of taffy. A well kept secret by artisans passionate about their local produce.
